Or as Jamie would say: Minestrone d’inizio autunno. Seeing that autumn has hit us with full force here in Holland, I thought it to be appropriate to share these warm and tasty photos with you.

Minestrone soup with bread

 This is a very easy recipe to make, servers 4 to 6 people and takes about an hour to make. Just remember to soak your beans overnight if you are using dried ones.
